Nursery School Update for November 2022

Nursery School Update for November 2022

The Nursery School enjoyed their Halloween Parades and now it is time to look forward to November and Thanksgiving! Our classrooms will soon be decorated with turkeys and pumpkin pies and descriptions of what the children are thankful for. Even the youngest children can relate to things and people they are grateful for. We encourage the children to share their gratitude and their family Thanksgiving traditions with their classmates. They will join together for a Thanksgiving Feast where they will share food that the parent’s provide. We at BUMNS, have a lot to be thankful for, we are especially thankful for the support the church continually gives us. We wish everyone a good Thanksgiving.

Finding Your Purpose In The Darkness

Published: June 03, 2024

In times of uncertainty and doubt, we often ask ourselves, "Why am I here?" The story of Nicodemus in the Gospel of John illustrates how God meets us in our darkness and guides us to a deeper understanding of our purpose. Just as Jesus engaged with Nicodemus, challenging his assumptions and inviting him to see beyond his limited perspective, God welcomes our questions and fears, leading us towards new possibilities. By trusting in God's plan and seeking His guidance through prayer, we can find meaning and value in our lives, stepping out in faith and discovering the fullness of life that He promises.
