Holy Week is a period of religious observance and commemoration in the Christian faith that begins on Palm Sunday, the Sunday before Easter, and ends on Easter Sunday. It is the week leading up to the commemoration of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

  1. Palm Sunday 2023: Triumphal Entry - 04/02/2023

    On Palm Sunday, the sermon will focus on the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, where he was hailed by the people as a king. The sermon will highlight the excitement and celebration that surrounded this event, as people spread palm branches and shouted "Hosanna" in recognition of Jesus' arrival.However, the sermon will then move beyond the surface level of triumph and explore the deeper meanings of this event. The focus will shift to Jesus' humility and sacrifice, as he knew that his entry into Jerusalem would ultimately lead to his crucifixion.

  2. Good Friday - 04/07/2023

    In this tenabrae style worship we remember the events that unfolded from the time Jesus was in the Garden with his sleeping disciples and was betrayed to when they placed his body in the tomb.  

  3. Easter: A New Foundation, A New Creation, A New Life - 04/09/2023

    In fell swoop the tomb is opened, the guards are terrified, the women receive an angelic message and see the risen Lord.  The first day of new creation has begun and the chaos that ensued has been tamed once more.
